Visa supports

On this page you can see all information about your visa support requests and add a new one.

Adding new visa support request

At first, you want to make sure that you’ve recieved you booking reference number from Amparus managers.

You can find interface for adding new requests at bottom of the page:

To add new visa support enter number of tourists (max 60), number of visits (max two) and reference number. Please, double check this field – you won’t be allowed to change it afterwards! Reference number shoud be entered as a 11-figure number (sample: 000000-0001). Press “proceed” button.

Visa support edit page will be opened.

If you’ve made a mistake on previous page, press “Back” – nothing will be saved.

Fill every field in this page. If you haven’t finished but have to stop filling this form, press “Draft” button – this visa support request will be saved and won’t be sent to Amparus managers.

Visa supports overview

In the middle of the screen you can see your visa supports list.

Each visa support request displayed here as a row. Inside a row there are short information about visa:

You can sort your visa supports simply by clicking column heading. Default sorting is by arrival date (decsending).

There are 4 statuses:

  • Archive
  • Draft
  • Pending for review
  • Reviewed

 

Updating visa support content

Until visa support request hasn’t been reviewed by Amparus managers, you can change information in it.

 

Troubleshooting

If you see such interface:testadmin1

You’ve entered admin’s interface somehow. If you want, you can edit your profile’s data here. To return to the normal interface just click on button “Amparus – your tour operator in russia” in upper-left corner.testadmin2

Booking system

On the page “Booking zone” you can log in to Amparus’s partner’s site – external booking system RealOBS.

Enter your login and password for this system. You will be redirected to booking system’s site.

Hotel booking

  1. Press “Bookings” – “B2B requests”;
  2. Press “Create”  under the “Bookings” table;
  3. Fill the booking request accordingly. PLEASE, DON’T PUT A TICK ON “ONLY AVAILABLE”. OTHERWISE THE SYSTEM WILL SHOW YOU ONLY ALLOTMENTS. Press “Search”;
  4. Choose a preferable category of the room. Please, pay your attention that the table lists the full price for the entire stay for room. Press “Make order”;
  5. As a next step you enter all the information about your clients. Required fields are marked with red color;

  6. Enter the reference number into the filed “Additional request number” in order to identify this request later.  Check all the data one more time and press “Add to booking”;
  7. As a last step you check all the data and if everything is correct, press “Submit booking”. If you would like to add more services to this request, press “+Add” at the bottom of the page;

If the booking request was created earlier and you want to add some services to it, it is necessary to press “Bookings”. You will see the list of all the bookings made by your company through our system. Every booking request has its own number. Press this number and you will see the details of the request. In order to add more services to this request, press “+Add” at the bottom of the page.

EXCURSION BOOKING:

  1. Press “Bookings” – “B2B requests”;
  2. Press “Create”  under the “Bookings” table;
  3. Choose “Excursion” and fill the booking request accordingly. Press “Search”, choose the preferable variant and press “Make order”;
  4. As a next step you need to enter all the necessary details :
    • preferable start time of the excursion;
    • start and end points;
    • names of the tourists (these fields are marked with red color);
    • enter the reference number
  5. Please, check all the data carefully and press “Add to booking”;
  6. As a last step you check all the data one more time and if everything is correct, press “Submit booking”. If you would like to add more services to this request, press “+Add” at the bottom of the page;

TRANSFER BOOKING:

  1. Press “Bookings” – “B2B requests”;
  2. Press “Create”  under the “Bookings” table;
  3. Choose “Excursion” and fill the booking request accordingly. Press “Search”, choose the preferable variant and press “Make order”;
  4. As a next step you need to enter all the necessary details. Required fields are marked with red color. Please, don’t forget about the reference number!
  5. Check all the data and press “Add to booking”;
  6. As a last step you check all the data one more time and if everything is correct, press “Submit booking”. If you would like to add more services to this request, press “+Add” at the bottom of the page;

Payments

You can make payments to Amparus via RBK Money (for russia) and Chronopay (for other countries) systems.

Chronopay

Press “pay” button under the “Chronopay” heading at the bottom of the page.

Fill simle form: amount to pay and comment, and press the button below – you will be redirected to Chronopay payment page.

RBK

Press “pay” button under the “RBK Money” heading at the bottom of the page.
