Day 1 (Sunday)VILNIUS

Arrival and transfer to the hotel, accommodation

Day 2 (Monday)VILNIUS

Breakfast. In the morning you´ll be taken to the city sightseeing tour of Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania.

The old town of the city is one of the mayor in Eastern Europe. Since 1994 it has been declared World Heritage Site by UNESCO. During the tour you´ll see the Vilnius University (founded in 1579, it’s the oldest one in Eastern Europe), the Gediminas’ Tower with fantastic views to the city, the famous Gates of Dawn (Ausros Vartai) and the Amber Gallery. Lunch. Free afternoon.

Day 3 (Tuesday)VILNIUS – HILL OF CROSSES – RUNDALE – RIGA

Breakfast. Visit to the Hill of Crosses in Siauliai, a sanctuary for many Catholics. The fi rst hundred of

crosses were set by the people of the region to honor the dead of the anti-tsarist revolt of 1831. Lunch. Departure to Rundale. Visit of the Rundale Palace, the former

summer residence of the Dukes of Curlandia. Built in the fi rst half of the 18th century. Arrival in the afternoon at the hotel in Riga. Accommodation.

Day 4 (Wednesday)RIGA

Breakfast. City sightseeing tour of Riga known as “the Paris of the North”. Riga is the biggest of the three Baltic capitals with more than 1 million inhabitants. The city dates back to medieval times, and for that reason it is full of medieval structures, numerous lanes, parks, rivers and canals. Visit to the Central Market of Riga, the largest market in the Baltic States and one of the largest in Europe. Visit to Riga Cathedral, more known as the Dome, a jewel of the Gothic architecture built in 1211 close to the river Daugava. Lunch.

Day 5 (Thursday)RIGA – SIGULDA – TURAIDA – GUTMA-NIS – PARNU – TALLINN

Breakfast. Departure to Sigulda. Excursion to the Gauja National Park and visit to Sigulda and Turaida – known as the “Latvian Switzerland”. We will see the ruins of the Castle of the Order of the Teutonic Knights, the medieval castle of Turaida, Sigulda’s Local History Museum, Turaida’s tomb, Gutmann’s Cave and the Park Daina,

sculptural park dedicated to Latvian folklore. Lunch. Continue to Parnu. Sightweeing tour of Pärnu. Located
130 km south of Tallinn, on the shores of the Baltic Sea, it is known as the “summer capital” of Estonia for the great animation that reigns in the city during summer period.

Departure to Tallinn. Arrival and overnight at Tallinn hotel.

Day 6 (Friday)TALLINN

Breakfast. City sightseeing tour of Tallinn – a medieval city recognized as the oldest in northern Europe. The old town is a World Heritage Site of UNESCO. We will see the famous towers “Long Hermann” and “Fat Margarete”, the Town Hall square and the churches of St. Olaf and St. Nicholas, the Toompea hill, Alexander Nevsky Orthodox Cathedral and St Mary’s Cathedral (also known as Toomkirik) of 1233, the Estonian parliament nestled in the castle of Toompea, The Estonian Art Museum and the Kiek-in-de-Kök tower built in 1475. Lunch. Free afternoon.

Day 7 (Saturday)TALLINN

Breakfast. Free Day. (Optional) Visit to Helsinki. In the morning transfer to the port of Tallinn to take the ferry to Helsinki. Arrival to Helsinki and sightseeing tour of the Finnish capital. Transfer to the port and return trip to Tallinn. Transfer to the hotel.

Day 8 (Sunday)TALLINN

Breakfast. Check-out and transfer to the airport
