Chase the Northern Lights and explore the edge of the Earth.
This 5-day Arctic adventure takes you from Murmansk to Teriberka for snowmobile safaris, husky and reindeer rides, ice floating in the Kola Bay, and unforgettable nights hunting for the Aurora Borealis.
At arrival our driver will meet you at the airport with a sign.
After check in you may visit local restaurant and have a rest.
We will inform you the exact time for Aurora hunting. It is necessary to be dressed warmly.
AURORA HUNTING INFO:
At 21:00 (Moscow time) we will pick you up at your hotel and start hunting (exact time will be advised when we get pictures of the Sky). It will take about 3-5 hours to hunt (it depends on weather conditions), we always take hot tea and cookies onboard, all pictures with Aurora are included in the price of your trip, after Aurora hunting our driver will take you back to your hotel.
Breakfast
08:00* We will head to Teriberka – one of the oldest settlements in the Murmansk region. The village is located right on the shore of the Barents Sea, which is a marginal sea of the Arctic Ocean. We will take amazing photos at the most famous spots: Polar wind Park and Rock Garden, Ancient ship cemetery, Dragon Egg Beach and Dragon’s Lair, Battery Waterfall among Red Cliffs, Giant Swings on the Seashore, The Famous Traveler’s Bench.
Return to Murmansk around 19:00.
Breakfast
There you will know about the culture and life of the ancient northern people, which have been existing there for almost 3000 years, take pictures and feed reindeer, and even go for reindeer* and husky sledding, try on traditional Sami costumes, have lunch in a wooden house. The hospitable hosts will treat you with local cuisine. After lunch you may walk around the Park, and then we will drive you to Murmansk.
Breakfast
In the morning, we will travel to the Tundra park for Snowmobile Safari (1 hour). Feel the rush of adrenaline as you speed across breathtaking, snow-covered landscapes. This high-energy adventure promises excitement and stunning views. After snowmobiling we will have Ultimate Ice Floating. Challenge yourself with the thrilling plunge into the icy Kola Bay! Equipped with thermal suits, experience the unique sensation of ice floating – a hugely popular activity offering pure exhilaration and amazing photo moments.
The whole day program will take us about 5-6 hours with transfers. After the tour we will transfer you to the hotel.
